We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@recovernova.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Because our products are large, specialized, and often made to order, returns for reasons other than damage or defect must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply depending on the manufacturer
- The return must be approved in writing before shipping back
If a product is refused at delivery without prior authorization, all shipping and return fees will apply.
